Icon featuring the word "ResEd" in cool grey and cardinal red with a subhead reading as "Connecting. Caring. Contributing." + the rainbow Stanford/Neighborhood logo all in Source Sans Pro font.

The ResEd professional staff support individual students, house leadership, and the community in each neighborhood. Every neighborhood has a Resident Director, Community Coordinator, and Neighborhood Program Director. The Resident Director supports and advises individual residents and student staff, and provides referrals to campus resources.  The Community Coordinator supports student staff and Resident Fellows with program logistics, house operations, and financial transactions. The Neighborhood Program Director supervises the Resident Directors and Community Coordinators, and collaborates with the Lead Resident Fellow to lead the neighborhood Community Council.
