Residential Student Leadership

Main content start

Residential Education manages a robust student leader selection process to ensure both students and communities find a successful residential student leader team. We need committed undergraduate students passionate about constructing the livelihoods of our students within environments that are dynamic, socially engaging, and welcoming to a variety of identities. This section of our website has been set-up to help guide you through the selection process as well as share relevant information and dates to help you through the process.

Introduction & What to Expect

Residential Education (ResEd) strives to facilitate a student leader selection process that balances consistent standards and expectations with the distinctive needs and cultures of the individual houses within the neighborhoods. ResEd strives to implement a process that is fair and considerate of the experience of all participants, and provides equitable access to all participants. Undergraduate residential student leaders play a critical role in the creation of safe, inclusive residential communities that support student health and well-being.
