Grove has all one room doubles and one triple. Most of the rooms are clustered close together in a way that promotes lots of opportunities to hang out with your neighbors! Because Grove doesn't have a theme, the house culture varies greatly from year to year.

In general, Grove tends to be a pretty close-knit and laid back community. We often have a lot of awesome casual in-house events, like trivia nights, to fit with our laid back attitude. However, we also host larger events, like concerts, that bring the whole Grove community and their friends outside of the house together.  The small number of residents fosters a "family" feel, and that generally helps the community have a lot of buy-in.

Grove benefits from being slightly hidden on Mayfield Ave, for our outstanding chefs and amphitheatre-like backyard are often slept on. If you’re looking for a smaller row house with a close-knit community, great food, and a stellar front and backyard, Grove is the house for you.
