Theme Requirements
Once preassigned, you agree to collectively come up with and facilitate (with support from staff) one in-house community event for the year. Event ideas could include: artist workshops, scavenger hunts, cooking competitions, and anything you can dream up. We encourage residents to explore our theme of BIPOC solidarity and/or arts appreciation through these events.
Pre-assignees will also be equal members of the usual job system. This includes cooking, cleaning, and general house-keeping. The Operations-RA is in charge of managing this system. All residents can expect to do no more than 2-5 hours of work on any given week.
