Meet the Branner Resident Fellows
Resident Fellows, or RFs, are Stanford faculty and senior administrative staff who live in apartments or cottages adjacent to student residences and serve as leaders for their communities. Addie is a Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology & Neurological Sciences, focusing her research and clinical care on the diagnosis and management of headaches. Danny, a California native, has a background in strategy consulting and works in Silicon Valley. As RFs, they enjoy working with RAs to build a warm undergraduate home that facilitates exploration and personal growth, and a community in which students can bond, have fun, learn from each other, and create incredible memories.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Addie moved to the East coast to attend Brown University as an undergraduate, where she majored in Neuroscience, followed by New York University for medical school. She returned to the West coast to join the Stanford community for her residency in Neurology and fellowship in Headache and Facial Pain. She has been a faculty member in the School of Medicine since 2016. In addition to her clinical and academic work, she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting student programs of all types: musical, athletic, theatrical and more.
Danny earned his BS from Stanford in Management Science & Engineering, and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He started his career in management consulting, before pivoting to lead corporate strategy teams across a number of bay area tech firms. When not working on scaling new technology around the world, you’re likely to find him with Addie and their kids: at the pool, biking around Palo Alto, or at other local attractions.
